Trump Targets Democrats as ‘Radical Left Scum’ in Christmas Eve Message

US President Donald Trump used Christmas Eve to deliver a pointed attack on opposition Democrats, calling them “radical left scum” while sending holiday greetings. Speaking from his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida, Trump participated in NORAD Santa tracker calls and extended Christmas wishes to American troops stationed worldwide.

On his Truth Social platform, Trump wrote, “Merry Christmas to all, including the Radical Left Scum that is doing everything possible to destroy our Country, but are failing badly.” He highlighted economic achievements under his administration, including a strong stock market, growing GDP, low crime rates, and controlled inflation, contrasting them with policies he criticized, such as open borders and transgender participation in sports.

Trump’s comments came amid Democratic criticism over rising prices and concerns about the Justice Department’s handling of records related to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. Despite the partisan jabs, Trump also acknowledged US troops, including those involved in a major naval buildup in the Caribbean amid pressure on Venezuelan leader Nicolas Maduro.
