Registration has begun in the United States for Muslims planning to perform Hajj in 2027. Zamzam Travel USA said American passport holders and permanent residents holding green cards can now begin the initial registration and complete the necessary preparations.
Managing Director of Zamzam Travel USA Tawhid Mahbub Munna said permanent residents of the United States who hold passports from Bangladesh, Pakistan, India or other countries can travel to Saudi Arabia for Hajj from the US and return to the country afterward.
He advised prospective pilgrims to register early and complete necessary procedures, including profile verification and activation of their e-wallets.
Munna said the Nusuk packages for Hajj 2027 have not yet been announced. Packages for pilgrims traveling from the United States, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom are expected to be announced in late September or early October.
Until then, prospective pilgrims can contact Zamzam Travel USA to get an idea of the expected costs and services based on last year’s packages.
According to Munna, Hajj packages from the US generally include Standard, Premium and Luxury options, along with an Elite package. The Elite package offers additional assistance for elderly pilgrims and those with mobility difficulties and may cost more depending on the services required.
He said Hajj requires both physical and mental endurance, as pilgrims often have to walk long distances during various rituals. He advised prospective pilgrims to prepare themselves physically and mentally before traveling.
Wheelchair assistance is also available for pilgrims who have difficulty walking or are unable to move independently.
Zamzam Travel USA said registered pilgrims will receive step-by-step guidance throughout the preparation process. Training on Hajj preparations, procedures and other requirements will be provided through WhatsApp groups, regular webinars and special seminars before departure.
Munna also said the company plans to provide one Bengali-speaking guide for every 40 pilgrims traveling from the United States. The guides will assist pilgrims with Hajj rituals and other necessary matters during the journey.
Zamzam Travel USA said it provides Hajj and Umrah services in partnership with Ithra Alkhair and Rawaf Mina. The company also offers flight ticketing and visa services worldwide.
Those interested in registering for Hajj can visit the Zamzam Travel USA office at Bangladesh Plaza in Jackson Heights, New York. Online registration is also available.
