Seven Iranian military personnel have been killed and several others injured in U.S. missile strikes, according to Iranian authorities. At the same time, Tehran said at least 30 civilians were killed in recent U.S. attacks in southern Iran. The report was published by Al Jazeera.

In a statement, the Iranian military said several U.S. missiles struck a base belonging to the 388th Brigade. The attack targeted a guesthouse, guard posts, and military accommodation buildings. However, the military said the number of casualties was reduced due to “passive defense” measures.

Calling the incident a “cowardly act of aggression,” Iran’s military warned that it would deliver a “strong response at an appropriate time.”

Meanwhile, Iranian government spokesperson Fatemeh Mohajerani said in a post on social media platform X that at least 30 civilians had been killed in recent U.S. strikes in southern Iran over the past few days.

Expressing condolences to the families of those killed, she said the government would stand by the people with all its resources. “Southern Iran is the beating heart of this country,” she said.

However, these claims could not be independently verified, and there was no immediate comment from the United States regarding the allegations.
