Vulcan Lifestyle unveils two helmets at 6th anniversary

Vulcan Lifestyle Limited marked its sixth anniversary on Sunday by unveiling two Bangladesh-designed, brand-certified motorcycle helmets, signalling the company’s entry into manufacturing its own safety gear.

The announcement was made at a programme attended by motorbike enthusiasts, company stakeholders and automobile journalists, where the company highlighted its expansion beyond distribution.

Vulcan Lifestyle Limited Chairman and Homeland Group of Companies Chairman SM Safat Ishtiaq unveiled the two new models—Vulcan Revolution and Vulcan Veloce—during the event.

The helmets are designed in Bangladesh and comply with European safety standard ECE 22.06 and United States Department of Transportation (DOT) certification, with sales set to begin across authorised dealers nationwide from 15 January.

Vulcan Revolution has been priced at Tk7,500, while Vulcan Veloce will retail at Tk5,500, with both models carrying a three-year official replacement warranty.

Alongside its own helmet brand, the company also launched two new models under the AXOR brand—AXOR Hunter for the low mid-range segment and AXOR Brutale, positioned in the premium segment and featuring double spoilers.

AXOR helmets have been officially distributed by Vulcan Lifestyle Limited since 2021 and remain among the country’s top-selling double-certified helmets.

“It is a matter of pride for us to launch a Bangladeshi helmet brand that meets the highest international safety standards,” said SM Safat Ishtiaq, adding that the company has sold more than 1,00,000 helmets over the past six years.

He also called for government action to ban non-certified helmets, citing their lack of basic road safety protection.

The company further announced Vulcan Premium Service, offering motorbike servicing at customers’ homes or offices, and Vulcan Fastlane, a digital automobile news platform covering cars and motorcycles.

Vulcan Lifestyle Limited is the official distributor of AXOR Helmets, HJC Helmets, Axis Helmets, Scoyco gears and Idemitsu lubricants in Bangladesh.
